Demolishing the breezeway to the existing garage allowed us to rebuild the space as a two-story structure. A large new family room, with a proper foundation and improved insulation and rodent control below, and a gorgeous master suite above. The second floor kids’ bedrooms were also remodeled to include a new bathroom. The entry and front porch were expanded to tie the project together and to add a vantage point of the pretty gardens below.
