This project involved a gut renovation of a water front cottage. The new owners wanted an eat-in cook’s kitchen, bath with laundry, a formal living room, and a second floor with a private loft and master suite. We shuffled some rooms, replaced the doors and windows and insulated the building. The electrical and heat were updated. The custom kitchen cabinets and reclaimed floors updated the look but maintained the cottage vibe.
