Ocean Front Home Renovation

This pretty ocean front house had an awkward rear vestibule and rarely used screen porch. The idea was to create a warm entry into the back side of the main house with a large mudroom for the family’s gear. A generous patio added to the private area of the home while the new entry provided another entrance to the wrap around porch and the front door for guests.
