This downtown building was gutted by fire and further damaged by water. We worked together with the City, structural engineers, architects, and the owners to restore the office, two condos, and roof top deck. The turn of the century building shared wiring, basement space, and walls with other downtown businesses and was a challenge to untangle and restore. The end result was an improved office space with a vaulted ceiling in the new conference room and two new condo units on the second floor.
