This was a special job for a lovely baker and her family. We built out an existing art gallery to accommodate the equipment, prep areas, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting required by a modern bakery. The bakery was divided into spaces by adding granite capped half walls, a full height menu wall, and a corridor. New flooring, ceiling tiles, and granite round tables completed the look.
